We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our busy aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are hardworking and driven, looking for that opportunity to excel. The ideal applicants will be people with a passion for motorcycles and a desire to join our business with the intention of staying for the long haul.
They will have at least 3 years’ experience working on motorcycles, be team focused but also capable of working on their own initiative with good problem solving skills. All work must be completed to the high standard we expect to deliver to our customers. The ideal candidate will act professionally at all times and be versatile to the needs of the business. In return, the business will provide a happy work environment where success is rewarded.
Final salary will be dependent on the position filled, the level of experience and qualifications held by the applicant.
Contribution towards business success will be rewarded.
A full motorcycle licence is required.
Position 1 – Fully Qualified mechanic (full time)
The candidate should be qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent, or have sufficient experience to surpass the need for NVQ.
They must be well versed in all aspects of diagnostics.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar role is essential.
Qualified MOT tester status would be a distinct advantage.
Position 2 – Fast fit & Sales prep (full time/part time)
Whilst previous commercial experience is not necessary it is preferred.
The candidate needs to have a high level of skill, care and pride in their work.
They would be expected to have their own basic tool kit to carry out basic tasks such as replacing tyres, balancing wheels, servicing brakes and all aspects of general motorcycle maintenance.
